Lost tickets

hi all,
im going to brighton and southampton next week but my old man thinks he has thrown away the tickets.
any advice on how to get it sorted?
past experiences?

Ring the club and they will arrange for you to pick up a replacement from the respective T/O.
I've only had to do this once when a ticket was 'lost' in the post.

Give the football club a call tomorrow. They will have a transaction receipt/reference for your tickets and will call the clubs to sort something out. (possible reprint, collect on the day etc) It might cost you an admin fee etc.

i wont have the credit card which they were paid on, and a mate got me my southampton ones. is that a problem

You should be able to quote your members number. Log in to your online ticketing and you will have a reference on the system for your tickets. Quote both to the club and they'll help you.

Your mate will have to do the same for you re: Southampton.

It's fine - you'll need some ID to pick them up, but not the card. Just confirm with the ticket office our end that they will be in your name and address when you need to pick them up. Had to do this at Millwall, wasn't a problem.

got to phone mad stad tuesday and pick up at amex that day before game and same for southampton.

Lets hope it wont be a wasted journey. 6 points bring it on.

Won't be wasted pal, mine went "missing in post" for West Ham game, ticket office cancelled old one and arranged for new one to be at West Ham tkt office, which it was! Only showed them my visa card and bob's your uncle as they say!

I think he means wasted journey as in he hopes we win.
