I'm no Samuelson & Oblensky apologist floyd, far from it in fact, but I imagine this is some kind of elaborate tax dodge. I doubt that's the actual cost to the club in real terms.

You find it surprising that people who run a Swiss financial advice service and are employed as directors of a multi-million pound income company are paid six figure salaries?

Especially when one of them is actually very prominently involved in the club day-to-day?

You're absolutely right, we've probably kept them on as cleaners or something, or maybe given them something part time in the shop?
