Coldest away end in Football

As suggested by CountryRoyal - what's the coldest ground you've been to?

Lincoln and Inverness Caledonian Thistle spring to my mind but I'd like to hear your suggestions. Also just general tales of being really cold at a match.

Bolton at home, this season- very cold

Oxford around christmas time, mid 90s- my little bro went blue

Portsmouth away in the mid-90s - so cold, so windy. The lass who went around throwing toffees and sweets into the crowd had them pelted back at her.

Racing 92, November 2012 - half full international stadium. I ate four hot dogs trying to keep warm.

I always remember getting very cold at Oldham a couple of times. Portsmouth before they put the roof on and Plymouth were pretty cold is the weather was a bit off and I remember being very cold and wet at cup ties against Bournemouth and Halifax years ago.

Stoke (the Britannia not Victoria) is a cold one because of the design and location so I'd go for that.

Went to Berwick Rangers vs Montrose one boxing day while staying at the grandparents'. It finished 0-0 in front of about 300 people. I think it was the coldest I've ever been.

Got me and my Dad out of the house though.

As suggested by CountryRoyal - what's the coldest ground you've been to?

Burnley. Snow on't hills. Was bloody 'orrible. It doesn't help that it's a dump too!

I went to Burnley once. The trains went by a mental route so I caught a bus. From Manchester.

Ground - ok, warmed up by witty repartee with compo and AF1.

Definitely Boundary Park aka Ice Station Zebra, a nickname that Joe Royle came up with.

I remember a Friday night away game there in 1986-87, we lost 4-0 on their plastic pitch. There was a bloke on the coach who left Reading in a t shirt, jeans, and espadrilles on his feet with no socks. After about ten minutes he thought he was going to die of hypothermia and sat the rest of the match out on the coach.
