Pre Season

by Rea Ding » 01 May 2016 20:29

First pre season announced before the season has even finished ?! Never heard of that before, but the club has confirmed a game at Boreham Wood 3pm on 9th July. Decent time and for fisrt team squad so might look at this closer to the time.

Boreham Wood - pre season and FA cup specialists. Not sure why else you'd go.

I think the Arsenal have a jolly up there every pre season. Smashing little club by all accounts.

Don't we have some sort of link with Boreham Wood at Academy level?

You could have the almost unbridled thrill of walking a couple of hundred yards down the road and seeing Albert Square. You can even see the upper storey of the Queen Vic between the houses.

We signed a "very unique and innovative" two-year contract with them about two years ago. Don't remember reading anything about a renewal, though.
