Might not mean too much but Reading football club have announced(to the city) that Ian Wood Smith is no longer a director.
It`s on a form TM 01 termination of appointment of a director.

08 Oct 2016 15:37Don`t know about company law but I would think this happened days rather than weeks/months ago. Pretty sure they have to report these sort of things asap.
