Very weird one this. Always quite liked Bobby Madley as a referee.
Madley has quit refereeing with immediate effect 'due to a change in personal circumstances'. PGMOL say only that they believe 'he has decided to relocate'. Every news story on this is very short, simply because no-one seems to really be saying anything.
There's a very strange rumour on social media that there is a video doing the rounds of Madley that has prompted this decision, but that's likely an out of control meme.

It is said that there is a video of Madley enjoying sexy time with his dog.

However.....I've also read that it is somewhat of a meme in the Reddit/Twitter space when someone is suddenly arrested or goes AWOL that 'they've been shagging dogs', so it might be that this has just snowballed this time around.

My first reaction to the story was that he was doing a Clattenburg and going to referee in China or similar, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

He deserves all he gets just for being stupid enough to say or do anything on camera.

If Madley wants to make amends then he should volunteer himself to referee/coach disability football and give something back, learn more about it. Some of the kids I have seen playing disability football are incredible all things considered.
