Reading FC Direct update - membership

Have they updated this? They've completely fcuked it. I click membership and is telling me to buy it for £3-5, I then go onto "ticketing loyalty points" and it has wiped pretty much everything. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yep, lost a few thousand points.

Yep, it seems to have wiped all of the points from 2011 (when the points system came into the club).

Just checked the new RFCSupport twitter page and they have confirmed there is a technical error since switching the website to the new platform and all points will be restored shortly.

Is the online shop down for anyone else? The main page loads but can't seem to view product detail pages or add items to basket...

They did change system once before, possibly in 2011 - I recall having an opening balance on my account carried over from the old system.
