That even though i ordered a Portsmouth away ticket, the club have sent me a West Ham ticket Slightly pissed off about this, cos i now need to phone up, which is always a bitch! And they do not open the ticket office until 12 and i have to get to work before that. Bloody ticket office.

I got both through the post today.
I got a letter with them saying they had enclosed my Pompey ticket, but didn't mention the West Ham one.

Theoretically I could say that I hadn't recieved my West Ham ticket because they haven't told me they've sent it...

That's nothing, they once sent me a replacement ST without me even asking for one and also forgot to advise this meant that the previous issue would be disabled! Cue card not working on arrival and having to join long TO queue to sort it out.
