Those in the Upper West want more space between themselves and the masses - those grubby oeics, who make all that noise and spoil their spectacle!

I'd expect :

a) Close season (May to Aug) so don't expect any concerts next summer

b) Not if they finish it all on time - I understand it's essentially putting extra supports outside the East Stand and then lower a new upper tier onto these bit by bit - Lower East should stay virtually unchanged.

How would you suggest that access to the ground could be improved, assuming no more private car parking space were made available?
If you live / work nearby, do you ever experience problems with overspill visitor parking (for example during match days)? If so, what form do the problems take?

Alot for 4 months, however I'd expect no roof for most of the season - more complaints about the accoustics no doubt.

I'd also build in stages if the design allows - i.e. East first, then North and Sarf the following season.
