Member Card Problem

Hi there,

Have just purchased two tickets for the Everton game, I had a Member Card already but it is the first time I have used it. When I try to log in to Online Ticketing it says that my 'Membership is not yet active'. I have emailed the club regarding this but am worried that my ticket will not have been put on the card?

Call them then or get to the ground early tomorrow to be on the safe side.

Can you see the ticket on the second card ?
Has the money been taken from your account ?

Definitely worth a call to the TO just to be on the safe side.

If you do have a problem tomorrow just see the people in red at the gates who will be able to help

Also have you had an email / text confirmation of your seats ?
If you have then that means you are on the system, worth taking a copy along tomorrow - indeed you need to any way to know where you are sitting.

Just phoned the TO, they activated my registration and now I can see the tickets on both cards with the status 'to be printed' so looks like problem solved. Thanks for the advice guys
