I'm guessing that any Premiership ST's will remain at the £545 rate, but if it's Championship then they'll go down to around £430-£450. The key question is how many supporters renew?

i reckon price for season ticket will stay the same reducing the per game price on a season ticket to around £24

Per match tickets will then be around £28/£30, maybe £25 if bought online in advance

That's f*cking scandalous if you are proved right!

We paid through the nose for our season tickets when we were promoted to the PL on the justification that it would enable the club to compete effectively. They have spectacularly failed to deliver on that.

It's time they stopped taking the p*ss out of supporters, a good many of whom I'd wager spend a far greater percentage of their disposable income supporting their club than a certain chairman! Perhaps the PA guy should announce them before games and we can all give them a much deserved round of applause.

Of all the teams who have been relegated, I don't know of any who've actually reecued ST prices.

Yes individual matchday prices will probably go down (especially for the less attractive matches) but i honestly can't see a ST proce reduction.

There ought to be one, yes, and the number of takers will be substantially reduced beacuse of the price - but what ought to be and what will be are two different things in football.

But fans and their organisations should lobby strongly for a reduction. The rise when promoted was never really warranted and I would love to know where all the money went.... I suspect that players wages will reduce if we are relegated, and so too should prices on that basis. I will be interested to see if the rises in kids prices are reversed too once the ground is half full....

Isn't this something that STAR could address the club with should we go down? Season ticket prices doubled upon promotion to the premiership with no end justification. The club should aim to keep the number of fans who have attended over past 2 years interested. High ST prices are going to push away a fairly large amount of people. I would say no more than £400 for Adult!

We haven't even had a similar offer made regarding taking up a season ticket renewal early and getting a discount as Charlton did with their fans.

We've known for some time that we could go down and the club haven't once thought about rewarding their supporters or giving them an incentive to keep coming back next season.

STAR should speak up for us, but it wont do any good.
