New season, old debate.
Looking at that kit it seems that we just dont really need the hoopy front, I think the time has come for a complete rethink, unless we go back to proper hoops that it, and lets declare club colours. Blue/White with gold or black trims. Base all designs around the colours, rather than the non existant hoops.

The one saving grace is no sponsorship on the back of the shirts. Though I'm surprised Waitrose haven't opted for a Scan -> Faint -> Pay -> Eat.

But the Doncaster kit only has hoops on the front as well.

Is it not a league requirement that the back of the kit is plain 1 colour so that the names and numbers can be seen easily? Just seem to remember that from somewhere.

QPR have hoops all the way round so thats not the issue
