problem buying tickets online

Hi

Has anybody had problems using a solo debit card to purchase online tickets for other members ? I have been trying to get tickets for my daughter and a friend
and selecting the seats etc. is all fine - its just the final payment get declined all the time. The web page shows the 'solo' debit card sign but all you get in the pull down options is mastercard, switch/maestro and visa. I tried my card, my wifes (as its a joint a/c) and then I tried my mastercard (which is a pre-paid type). Any clues would be useful ! (Yes there is money in the account !) Thanks

except that the TO is shut until tuesday.......just hope I can get through at 10.00 am when they open.

I bought my cardiff tickets today with no problems.

seems to have been a glitch or something. worked with my mastercard an hour later.

Yes my son has tried several times this season to buy tickets with his SOLO card and it never works. I always land up having to buy them for him with my Maestro or Visa both of which it accepts readily.

I've not been able to buy tickets for about a year with either Maestro, Solo or Mastercard online yet the TO have accepted all three over the phone.
