season ticket upgrade

Can it be done online ? Other than purchase a ticket online using a member card, I cant see where ?
My son cant go to the match tomorrow so my brother is coming but need to upgrade my sons ST first.

Don't think it can - phone the TO in the morning, it will cost you more than if you'd done it today sadly....

Realistically the only option, but i had presumed your ruled that option out due to the pain involved in phoning the T/O.

I thought it was pretty good these days. I upgraded a ticket on Thursday over the phone, no queue and took about 30 seconds from dialling to hanging up.

TBF the T/O is better with it's service level and when getting through i have always found them very helpful. This season i haven't had to ring them quite so often as i usually nip in. It was only when ringing and being 15th or so that i found it long and drawn out and possibly expensive to ring. I have in the past been on hold for 30 mins or so when i couldn't make it in person.

Someone was stuck at gate 6 today and i overheard the upgrade word spill out. That wasn't you was it woodley.
