Season Ticket to Member Card

I've had a season ticket for the last 7 years but am moving abroad in september so can't buy one this year, however, I tried to buy tickets for some of the early games and I am being charged for a new member card as well. Is this standard procedure?

I'm in a similar position (RE: Season Ticket) but wasn't charged for my new membership card.

We've just gone ex-ST and so far have been sent paper tickets for matches we've booked (Forest and Donny R). I was expecting to receive a replacement member card buckshee at some point. If they do dare charge for it, we'll probably boycott one future match out of spite.

I ditched my ST for last season and just got a new Member Card sent through the post.

Paying for it would be a joke, so I don't see that happening.

you need a new card because an ST has a seat number on it and a membercard does not (and it confuses if 2 people have a card with the same seat on it and has lead to altercations in the past) but not sure about charging. I am fairly sure that they say they will charge to discourage frequent changes but not sure that they always do.

So basically I think they are right to charge if you read the Ts&Cs but you may be able to persuade them not to.

From memory, I believe it was circa 13.5k. Not quite the giddy heights of 18k+ for 2006/07, but considering we lost a few thousand for the following PL year, pretty solid.
