I'd like to be in but I can't buy a ticket as my season ticket / member card account has been blocked by the club because I asked the ticket office to hold the tickets for the Doncaster and Crystal Palace games for collection the next time I was Reading.

Primarily because they're not only better organised but they're not trying to do too much - all the clever things that took lots of effort to manage (like ST refund schemes and so on) have gone and they just concentrate on selling tickets.
