This is almost certainly what's happened. Idiocy in the person briefing the production company and very remiss not to check the fixture list once published. The whole thing just smacks of shoddy amateurism.weybridgewanderer wrote:well seeing as the fixture has never been moved, and is at 3pm on easter monday they must be a slight idiot then!
the person that put the copy together at the production company may not even be a football fan, i bet they were just told ... weekgames 8pm, saturdays 3pm
Indeed, looking at the fixtures table/player list it still has us playing in some 4-3-3weybridgewanderer wrote:TBH the company that produces the programs will have very little realtionship to the club. I doubt we produce them ourselves. They'll produce programs for many otehr teams, no doubt those at home on easter Monday had similar problems.
That is not to say someone shouldn't check the copy of every program before production but I doubt it is scrutinised that closely months in advance.
Doesn't John Madejski's printing company do them?weybridgewanderer wrote:TBH the company that produces the programs will have very little realtionship to the club.
