This Stalinist management style could be developed at Reading. I would love to have had Andre Bikey up at a public self-critism session after his outburst at that playoff game against Burnley a couple years ago. His performance was an insult to Dear Leader Sir John Madejski.

The Madejski Millenium Hotel conference centre would be an ideal venue for such sessions following poor performances.
