I think we’ve played well about twice all season. Blackburn and Norwich at home. May be a couple of battling wins could be classed as borderline playing well.

Ince is actually saying we're crap because players are making bad decisions. Perhaps if they had decent leadership and a solid gameplan they wouldn't have to make spur of the moment decisions on their own.

Agree with that - although I don't really want Bowen stepping in personally speaking. Just leave him to do his job, if we were going to do it give it to Gilkes or Hunt maybe or whoever, not Bowen. He's not exactly got a fantastic record of firefighting himself.

I feel sorry for the players. Ince keeps picking these unbalanced teams that lack mobility. In particular, if you're going to play three at the back, at least two of them have to be reasonably quick. Leaving out the most athletic option (Mbengue), and playing Sarr, Dann and Holmes together was just hopeless - they all kept dropping deep, so the 6-yard box was packed while Preston had acres of space around the penalty spot.

Agree with that as well. We are where we are because we just simply aren't good enough, we were just overperforming, in terms of results, in the first half of the season and I think it's because there was no expectation on us, we were dead certainties to go down in many people's eyes alongside Birmingham and Rotherham. We've not set up or played that much differently throughout the campaign. The players might be getting worse, but I think that probably comes down to age as well, many players we've been relying on are all on the wrong side of 30 and likely to regress.
