Excellent win against a Blackpool side who looked every inch like a Steve Bruce team trying to play Ian Evatt football. What’s noticeable to me (as per the Rotherham game) is the number of players we get into the opposition box when we break. Was a joy to see the 3rd goal with players queuing to score (miss) Having a settled back 4 obviously helps but we look more organised back there. JP had to make a couple of saves but we’re not relying on “worldies” from him to keep us in it. Plenty of work still needed but also plenty of cause for optimism.

Thought I'd have a quick look on here to enjoy all of the praise for Kyerewaa for his outstanding performance and attitude. It's a bit muted. Perhaps humble pie isn't to everyone's taste.

Wasn't able to watch the match. Glad he did well, hopefully he keeps up his improvement. Doing it consistently is the key.

Crowing after one game is though apparently. As I’ve already said he was excellent today and as Orion has said if he can maintain that then excellent he’ll be fulfilling his potential.

Think DK could turn out to be an inspired signing. He was raw at the start of the season but the improvement in recent weeks has been great to see. Sadly many of our other summer signings have been disappointing so far in comparison.

It's starting to look like Richardson's more direct approach is more effective for some players, like DK and Kelvin E. DK finally getting the ball at his feet and really running at defenders, reminds me of Kebe just as he started to come good. Kelvin E really putting his body about a lot more now. Not afraid to be physical, winning headers, pressuring defenders etc.

Yes DK looks like a gem of a signing, expect he could be another Azeez in time.

I wonder if he'll be better suited to away games where there is more space on the break and it's easier to isolate him 1 on 1 against the defender. Needs a different set of skills against a team sitting deep and doubling up on him.
